The Board of Trustees are responsible for policy, strategic planning and the appointment of staff within Parenting NI. These Trustees are elected at Parenting NI’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. AGMs are normally held in September.
Structure of Parenting NI
Board of Trustees:
The Board of Trustees is the governing body within Parenting NI and members are elected annually. It is comprised of individuals who have skills and knowledge relevant to the work of Parenting NI. The Board meets four to five times each year.
Chief Executive:
Parenting NI’s Chief Executive is responsible to the Board of Trustees for the day-to-day management and achievement of the organisation’s work as outlined in the Strategic Plan.
Senior Management Team:
Within the staff team, there is a director responsible for each main area of Parenting NI’s work. These directors all report directly to the Chief Executive, and have key responsibility for the planning, delivery and evaluation of the services of Parenting NI.
