You may also download the Helpline Volunteer application form - this document must be fully completed and returned to the address on the application form.

Applicants will also be required to fully complete a Disclosure Certificate Application Form in order to complete their application. This will allow us to ensure that individuals who might be a risk to children and/or vulnerable adults are not appointed. This form will be forwarded to you on receipt of your application form.
