Introduction to Volunteering

Parenting NI has opportunities for Helpline Volunteers in Belfast city centre.

Volunteering with the Parenting NI helpline is rewarding and challenging. Helpline Volunteers are offered the opportunity to:

develop knowledge and skills which enhance their personal, family and professional life
have their learning and development recognised through accreditation
undertake varied and challenging work with a wide range of clients, in a well-structured and supported work environment
enjoy social activities and develop friendships
use their own professional / personal experience to help parents and to safeguard children
