Who will I talk to?

When you contact the Parenting NI helpline (by phone, appointment, e-mail or letter), you will talk to someone from our team of staff or volunteers.

This team is comprised of men and women, from a diverse range of backgrounds, who have substantial experience of parenting and/or working with families.

All members of the team are fully trained, and their work is closely supervised, to ensure that a quality service is provided to clients.
