How often can I call?

You can contact the Parenting NI helpline as often as you need to. On each occasion, you can take as much (or as little) time as you want to discuss your concerns.

Some clients only contact us once and are able to get the support that they require. Others may wish to arrange a follow-up call or appointment.

The Parenting NI helpline recognises that further complications, or new issues, can arise in the future. Therefore, we welcome subsequent contact with clients.
