This is a free service, open to individuals who want support and guidance over the phone. Appointments in the Belfast office or outreach venue can be made by calling the freephone number. Professionals working with a parent can also call for information and support. This service is available:

Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm
Friday from 9am to 5pm
