Quality Assurance

Parenting NI aims to work to the highest standards in the delivery of its services. All work is continuously monitored, appraised and reported upon. Evaluations (internal and external) are periodically carried out.

Parenting NI actively seeks out models of best practice to underpin both current and evolving initiatives.

Regular consultation, with users and other stakeholders, provides suggestions for future priorities and the most appropriate means of delivering these. This feedback, alongside the outcomes of emerging research and policy developments, is factored into the process of reviewing and revising Parenting NI's work.
