• Client Survey 2005 (PDF)* - results of a survey that was undertaken to assess the impact of Parenting NI's (formerly Parents Advice Centre) service on clients who accessed support via the Freephone Helpline.
• A Report on Parenting Programmes (PDF)* - joint project between Parenting NI (formerly PAC) and Save the Children which audited parenting programmes in Northern Ireland with a particular emphasis upon alternatives to physical punishment (October 2002)
